Commercial Manager - Branded Content/Production Management
A global leader in sports broadcast is searching for a Commercial Manager for their Golf Portfolio. Although the title is Commercial Manager, this is NOT a sales role.
My client is searching for someone who has a blend of production and marketing skills, who can manage the businesses commercial relationships with brands, distributors, clients and suppliers. Someone who understands branded content and ad funded content, someone who has worked in media, production, account management or a marketing role. An interest in Golf will be helpful, but is not paramount to the role
You will be comfortable creating reports and PowerPoint Presentations, solid relationship building and client servicing skills. You will have solid writing abilities and be comfortable explaining data analytics and presenting to clients.
The role is three fold:
- working with production teams on content creation - ad funded, product placement etc
- working on social media channels for their IP - distribution etc, growing them
- working alongside the content distribution/sales team
it is a very broad, creative role where your understanding of production is most important. They are looking for an independent person who can take a project run with it and use their initiative to call a client when they need an answer, rather than panic!
They are looking at salaries circa £35K
