Legal Administrator / Legal Secretary
As part of an exciting change management programme and the continued growth of the business, our client, a leading legal services firm in the heart of Manchester, is seeking experienced legal administrators / legal secretaries to join their expanding business services team
In this role you will provide valuable support to the business and enjoy a variety of duties which will include, but not be limited to;
- Preparation of court bundles and filing court documentation
- Generation of reports, monitoring case schedules and allocating files to fee-earners.
- Provide a range of administration support to include managing incoming phone and email enquiries, coordinating and administrating meetings and liaising with internal and external clients to provide information in a timely and professional manner.
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in a similar legal administration based position, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and a can do attitude.
