Financial Planning Administrator
Manchester City Centre
Remuneration of up to £30,000 + study support + bonus

I am working in collaboration with a long-standing, professional and successful Financial Planning Practice to assist in the appointment of an experienced IFA Administrator to join their successful team based in the city centre of Manchester. This opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion, and career development prospects will be available to those committed to a career in Paraplanning/Financial Advice.

The sole purpose of the role is to work hand in hand with a Director/Financial Planner and ensure the firm's clients are provided with full administration support and top-notch service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documentation for and arranging client review meetings, processing new business, obtaining illustrations and producing client valuations. Important element of the role is also liaising with clients and dealing with queries in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.

To apply you MUST have previous experience in a similar role and sound understanding of the Financial Planning products, procedures and regulations, particularly pensions. As far as soft skills are concerned, we are looking for a self-starter, with excellent communication skills and high level of initiative.
