This Administrator job is a full-time permanent role for a financial services company in Alton. Your new role
As an Administrator within financial services, this job involves a range of duties within the company. You will take ownership of tasks such as processing any sales or new business. You will be working with stakeholders both internally & externally and have the opportunity to liaise with clients. There is an in-house company system which you will be working on for a range of administrative tasks, as well as using Excel. This Administrator position is a full time job with the working hours of 09.00-17.00, Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this job, you will have a strong background working as an administrator within financial/regulated environment. There will be training on the company processes & systems, but this background understanding of compliance is vital. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to confidently & calmly communicate over the phone. From a technical standpoint you will have an intermediate level understanding of Microsoft Office and have experience liaising with clients and updating a database.

What you'll get in return
As the Administrator you will be on a salary between £20,000 to £25,000 based on your experience. As well as this you will receive 23 days holiday, rising to 25 after two years of continuous employment. This job is based in Alton and there is free parking available on site.
