Job Overview

We are currently seeking an account manager with strong communication skills to join our award winning digital marketing company. As an account manager you will be responsible for handling a number of our client accounts. You will need to build relationship with your customers as well as handle any projects, accounts, or issues that might be relative to the client. You will be expected to liaise frequently with the clientele to assure them of their importance and help build the customers respect and trust. This role involves managing a number of client accounts therefore it is vital you are able to manage each one effectively and have the ability to prioritise various tasks.

The Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Managing multiple client accounts
  • Liaising directly with clients either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handling and resolving customer queries, issues and complaints (troubleshoot)
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information relating to allocated client accounts
  • Working with the sales team on the handover of new client accounts and the setting up of these accounts
  • Compiling and processing monthly orders for your client accounts
  • Organising and prioritising your workload effectively to meet client and business timeframes
  • Directing requests and unresolved issues to the relevant source
  • Keeping all records of client interactions, campaign strategies, actions taken and reports up to date
  • Preparing and distributing client reports
  • Continuously evaluating and identifying client needs to drive process improvements that positively impact on the client experience
  • Reviewing client campaigns and identifying other business opportunities
  • Taking part in conference calls with current clients and potential clients
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth running and effectiveness of client campaigns
  • Undertaking any training required to aid your role as customer care account manager

Key Requirements & Skills
