The role available is based at the Lynchwood Business Park, Peterborough.
The Lettings Hub is the fastest growing tenant referencing company in the UK. We are expanding rapidly and we currently have vacancies available for Customer Service & Sales Executives who can offer customers further products (we are NOT a "hard" sell type of team.) We need people who can talk to customers about the stresses of moving home and provide help, from doing simple jobs on behalf of the tenant (like telling the Council they are moving in) to guiding them through the various gas / electricity deals available, to sorting out their broadband, and also checking to see if they need insurance to protect their contents.
As far as possible, we strive to balance family-friendly hours with the needs of our customers, so whilst we might ask you to work a 4hr Saturday shift, this won’t be every week. We do stay open til 8pm, but we cover this on a rota basis, and we NEVER work Sundays or Saturday afternoons.

Although the role has sales targets, we are looking for people with excellent customer service skills, as we believe that providing an effortless, helpful service will encourage customers to take up our products.
We offer full training - the only previous experience we’re looking for is that you’ve either worked in a full-time telephone role, or a full-time customer-facing role
You’ll need good attention to detail - we work in a regulated industry so accuracy and the ability to follow a clearly defined process is essential

Basic Salary: £17,000 to £20,000, plus monthly uncapped bonus scheme.
