Dyn is looking for five exceptional Graduates to join their business as Graduate Sales Development Representatives on 1stMarch 2017.
This is an entry level position. Graduate employment is a key part of Dyn's business strategy and the company currently employ around 20 graduates. The Graduate Sales Development Representative position is the entry point into the organisation and a clear career path with tiered pay increases and job title elevations will be mapped out for you. You will receive support, guidance and training from the management team and you will have quarterly reviews where you discuss how you want to progress your career with your manager. The Graduate Sales Development Representatives are a close knit commercial team and their main focus is to uncover new opportunities for the organisation. You will have the opportunity to attend industry events in European cities and work closely with the marketing team to develop leads and opportunities. You and your team will work hard but play harder - Dyn has a brand-new beer tap delivered to the office every week and host 'Thirsty Thursdays' and monthly team nights out.
