2nd Line IT Support Analyst

Our client, a Financial Services organisation based in central London, have an exciting new opportunity for a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join the team.

You will be working on a busy helpdesk and will be responsible for providing first fix resolution and ensuring all incidents are accurately logged.

This is quite a varied role and will touch on many different technologies and areas of IT including some infrastructure.

Key skills include:

  • Windows 8
  • Windows Server
  • VMWare
  • Active Directory
  • Symantec Backup and Recovery

Any relevant certifications are highly desirable, ie CompTIA A+, MCP etc
