My client located in Southampton are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join their busy team of 25 to work closely alongside Paraplanners and Financial Advisers to support the business in providing sound, professional financial advice.

Salary on offer upto £28,000 for a experienced Financial Services Administrator who can hit the ground running.

Key Tasks:
• Producing financial reports when required
• Be the point of call for clients needs and financial circumstances
• Request information from clients, providers and other third parties.
• Inputting compliance data and documents onto internal and external systems.
• Liaise with financial services providers- request, chase and receive updates throughout the process
• Financial Adviser diary management, along with booking in client meetings.
• Undertake regular research to keep your knowledge upto date on all products.

Key Skills:
• Previous financial services administration experience
• Knowledge on financial services products
• Ability to work well within a team
• Fine eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
