Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Assistant
This growing, passionate regional law firm in Manchester is currently seeking a Conveyancing Secretary/ Assistant for one of its offices.

Working closely with a top Conveyancer, you will be dealing with an array of complex and interesting files. You will help to progress cases by completing correspondence, standard documents and amending contracts. You will also undertake searches and general administration duties. In addition, you will be responsible for taking instructions from clients over the phone, e-mail and sometimes in person.
In order for your application to be successful, you must have a strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, sale and purchase files. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients. In addition, a good typing speed, and the ability to use case management systems, would be an advantage.
This law firm is growing at an exciting rate across its 8 regional offices and therefore this is the perfect team to join its expanding Conveyancing team.
