We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our growing client, based in the heart of Peterborough. This is a new role within an expanding and forward thinking business. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all accounts activity and will work closely with a small office team and senior management.
This is a stand-alone role; we therefore require an experienced and well-rounded accounts professional who is able to manage business accounts and turn their hand to a variety of tasks.
- Manage cash flow
- Raise sales invoices
- Process bank payments
- Bank and ledger reconciliations
- Credit control
- Monthly payroll
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Budget/Financial plans
Previous accounts administration experience and a working knowledge of Sage 50 is essential to be considered for this role. Working hours are Monday to Friday, there is room for flexibility on the exact hours, depending upon the successful applicant.
