The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Executive to support the Customer Relations Performance Manager in the implementation and ongoing performance management of the supply chain in the National Citizen Service (NCS) programme. They will act as a central point of contact in a given specific geography for providers and subcontractors, building a professional, trusting and successful relationship contributing to a valuable Subcontractor provision.

Supplier relationship management is an essential aspect of the role and will involve continuous communication and negotiation with external and internal parties, at all levels. This includes onsite meetings and reviews with subcontractors and partners and liaising with Department Heads, Senior Operations Managers and Directors to ensure best practice and successful provision whilst investigating new opportunities for business proposed.

The Customer Relations Executive further drives delivery and development of frameworks for Subcontractor and paid and unpaid partner management which are key in supporting best practice in line with Reed in Partnership's continuous improvement commitment.

The Person
? Ideally you will have clear and structured judgement and decision-making skills
? You will have exemplary attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritise whilst meeting deadlines
? The ability to lead on relationship management to build lasting and rewarding supplier relationships is key.
? Strong communication skills in order to make contract requirements clear whilst providing guidance where required in a highly professional manner are a valuable requirement.

Key Criteria which we will look for:
? Experience of managing performance improvement in an operational delivery business environment
? Practical experience of selecting, and negotiating with other 3rd party organisations to agree service level agreements or contracts for the delivery of services. This may be either as the contracting organisation or as a supplier.
? Ability to be able to manage change effectively within own business and able to address complexities of change management in other organisations
? Ability to performance manage multiple contracts/clients ensuring that contract or agreed terms are adhered to by both the Supply chain and Reed in Partnership
? Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively, supportively and successfully with suppliers or customers to improve, maintain or recover service delivery under a contract or service level agreement
? Experience of engaging with a variety of seniority levels both internally and externally and across different organisations
? Experience must have been gained within a fast-paced service focussed, client or account management, target driven business environment. Examples of this may include Sales, Contract Management, Agency Recruitment, Training, Account Management or any other B2B Sales/Customer Management environment
