Broking Administration Team Leader
A newly created role working as a Broking Administration Team Leader for a specialist UK and International Lloyd’s Broker, who have seen a large amount of growth in recent years. This professional outfit offer niche Insurance solutions to clients across Commercial Insurance, Risk Management, Entertainment and Private Clients industries.
Being based from their London office, you will be responsible supervising/managing a team of 22 staff, ranging from Administrators and Technicians, through the Account Handlers. Being the main point of contact between Brokers and the administration team who provide all of the Lloyd’s broking administration support to team. Ensuring effective work flow is being run efficiently and high service standards are being kept, assisting with technical documentation when needed such as debiting on back office system and updating of Xchanging and accounts queries from head office. Other duties will include delegating tasks, overseeing and checking workloads ensuring all documentation is accurate and correct before being sent out. Training and development of staff will also be a part of your duties. This role is pivotal as part of a busy department.
Ideally you will be from either an Operational or Team Leader position where you have overseen or managed staff in this nature. You will be experienced in London Market operations from a technical aspect, being confident in driving team performance, monitoring sickness, holiday and work allocation. You will be competent in producing and overseeing various London Market technical documentation processes, and be able to work in a faced paced and busy Lloyd's of London Broking Support function.
In return you will be offered a salary of up to £65,000 per annum plus a full range of company benefits.
