Service Desk Analyst, IT Support, 1st/2nd Line Support
London £25-28k per annum + benefits
Our client has an urgent requirement for an IT Service Desk Advisor to work for a small law firm based in Central London.
The role will be a mix of 1st and 2nd Line Support via telephone, remote, deskside and floorwalking support.
Technology skills required:
- Office 2010, Excel, Word
- Active Directory
- Exchange 2010/2013
- Citrix VDI (Desirable)
- Hardware Troubleshooting - printers, desk phones, mobile devices etc.
The role will suit an enthusiastic, confident support analyst with exceptional customer service and communication skills. A track record of taking and closing high numbers of calls, while still providing high levels of customer care is essential. Technical requirements will be relaxed for junior candidates who are looking at a lower salary with exceptional customer services.
Working hours: the Service Desk covers shifts between 8:00am - 6:30pm
