Social Care: Urgently looking for Quality Assurance Officers in domiciliary care. To be based in Harlow Essex.

Start Date: Immediately

Pay: Start at £20,750 - £23,000/annum

£0.30p/work mileage

Probation 3 months

Leave entitlement 28 days pro rata

Training will be provided

Skills Required: Level 3 NVQ Health and Social Care Driver, Analytical, Computer literacy, Team Player Compliance, Organised, Communication, Attention to detail, Supervision

The main purpose of the role is to ensure care is delivered to the highest standard of quality. The right candidate will be the first person to create a positive impression of the companies’ when carrying out initial visits and appropriate assessments of all care packages whilst creating tailored Care/Support Plans. This role would suit a forward thinking, professional individual who is looking for their next career move within an established and fast expanding business.

Person Specification

The successful applicant will have previous experience within the Health and Social Care sector and will ideally be proficient in undertaking Customer Care Needs Assessments, writing Care Plans and auditing and observing quality standards. Superb customer service skills are a must along with a positive, can do attitude. Attention to detail is also vital as is a genuine passion for quality and high standards.
