KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of the French or German speaking Key Account Manager will focus on the account management and development of new business across the German and French speaking countries of Europe. Your role as French or German speaking Key Account Manager will consist of the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage new business sales (cold calling) as well as build relationships with clients and prospects on a C-level to ultimately drive sales
  • Cold call & Identifying customer needs, making recommendations, demonstrating knowledge and managing the sale delivery
  • Attend sales meetings with prospective new clients with aim to close the deal
  • Negotiate fees and sales contracts
  • Understand developments within the customers business and the strategic interests of the customer
  • Build up extensive Product knowledge and knowledge of Competitors
  • Meet quarterly and annual personal financial (revenue) targets
  • Deal with cross- territory sales projects (European & Global agreements)
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline of prospective customers


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Fluency in either French OR German
  • Graduate calibre preferred
  • New Business Development / Cold calling sales experience essential
  • Proven experience of selling consulting services to blue chip organisations at C-level
  • Be hugely driven with clear, ambitious goals
  • Entrepreneurial minded with a positive mindset of converting opportunities into sales
  • Proven and demonstrable record of winning and closing new business sales
  • Able to manage full sales cycle, from initial cold call, negotiation to contract closure
  • Proven and demonstrable record of identifying, winning and closing new business sales deals


SALARY
On offer is a basic salary of £35,000 - £60,000 with OTE in year 1 of approx. £90,000 - £110,000.
