Accounts Assistant job opportunity for tech business in central London paying up to £28k+ study support

The UK hosts 2 offices with a headcount of circa 90 employees and you will be based in a beautiful Central London location.
Your new role
You will be working as an Accounts Assistant providing Project Support. Reporting in to the Management Accountant, group finance function in Switzerland and the Operations Director. Your main responsibilities will be to raise invoices, complete credit control tasks, monitor project budgets and projections as well as process time-sheets, staff expenses and maintain accounting processes and methods determined by the CFO. Duties will include:
- Ensuring project budgets and projections are correctly recorded
- Production of client invoices and credit notes
- Processing staff expenses
- Maintenance of sales ledger data in the CRM system
- Credit control
- Maintenance of project contract and appropriate filing
- Ad-hoc assistance to the Management Accountant
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a graduate or be in the final stage of the AAT. You should have at least 2 years experience completing similar duties. Ideally you will have worked in a project based role or a services based business where employee time is billed to clients. You must be able to complete Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS on Excel. It is a bonus if you can speak German. You should have excellent communication skills and have the ability to liaise and challenge various staff across the business. It is essential you are organised and demonstrate initiative.
