Key responsibilities include:

  • To monitor and measure the quality of Recruitment Consultants processes by monitoring and checking;

    • Call quality

    • Systems accuracy

    • Process adherence

  • Collate and report back findings to the Operational Management and L&D team

  • Provide support to L&D and the Operation

  • Conduct quality assessments

  • Encourage engagement of learning and development activities across the business

  • Contribute to business projects and support the achievement of the project objectives as required
