Compensation and Benefits Advisor
The role of Compensation and Benefits Advisor will be reporting to the HR Manager in this stand-alone role. You will be responsible for the outsourced Payroll, dealing with all day to day activities and being the main point of contact for all payroll activity. Your duties will include the development and progression of all the company's remuneration and benefits related activities, benefits include shares, car fleet, private health care and pension. The position also requires cost control reporting, management of statutory accounting, budget forecasting and planning. previous experience of dealing with an outsourced payroll and advanced Excel skills required.
