This is an opportunity to join a growing E-Commerce/Fulfilment company based in Bromborough, Wirral. They have and always will be looking to expand and diversify their business, in order to do so they need someone who will; improve and reinvent existing systems, find and implement new business opportunities, work autonomously and take real ownership of their work. This opportunity is an integral part of the future of the business and the successful candidate will see their contribution rewarded as the company grows.

The role:
- Improvement of existing systems and processes
- Noticing issues and implementing processes to remedy
- Preempting bottlenecks which affects efficiency
- Streamline and simplify activities to drive up performance and quality (Kaizen)
- Find and create new business opportunities, such as:
- Creating a relationship with new suppliers
- Finding entirely new product ranges
- Applying new sales models (wholesaling their products, offering fulfilment services)
- Offer their products through new sales channels (Amazon FBA, websites, brick and mortar)
- Develop ways to customise / personalise products to add value
- Offering researched advice to directors on topics such as:
- Budgets
- Staff recruitment
- Company direction and diversification

The ideal candidate:
- Able to work under your own direction, taking responsibility for setting and achieving your business development targets
- Strong business acumen
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Able to find the root cause of problems (5 Whys)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience
