Accounts Assistant required for a permanent opportunity based in Farnborough to directly provide support to the finance function.
About The Role
This permanent role will require you to support the finance function with daily, monthly and annual duties.
You will be responsible for:
- Bank reconciliations and ledger transactions.
- Maintain the sales ledger function incorporating, invoice statements, cash allocation and all monthly reconciliations.
- Assisting in the collecting payments, producing age debt reports and resolving any queries relating to payments
- Create journal entries to correct discrepancies
