Project Coordinator required for this London based Award Winning Consulting firm specialising in Total Reward and Online Benefits Technology. With clients including several world leading brands this firm are rapidly growing globally. As a Project Manager you will be accountable for delivering medium/complex projects, e.g. Annual renewal projects and new Client projects to a wide range of clients. You will consult on Online Benefits with clients, perform Benefit fact finds and complex scheme design as well as making recommendations on new benefit programme set up.
To be considered you will have project (programme) management experience with previous Employee Benefits Consulting experience and Payroll knowledge would be advantageous. A proven track record of managing and delivering large project/ program initiatives and consulting engagements and managing multiple teams is essential. You will have a strong understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation and the development of client deliverables. Client account management experience is required as you will be able to forge long standing relationships with clients. Salary on offer ranges between £35,000 - £55,000 depending on experience plus an exceptionally generous benefits package.
