Internal Account Manager
£18,000 - £20,000 Per Annum with an uncapped OTE of extra £6,000 - £8,000
Hours: Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5pm
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful growing manufacturing company based in Dudley. This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the phone on a daily basis speaking with customers, working in a busy growing sales office. There is also the opportunity to benefit from a generous salary package and an uncapped commission structure.
Our client is a family run and owned company who are the UK’s leading manufacturer and distributor of Architectural Ironmongery, Threaded Bar and hardware to the trade.
- Must have experience in selling into retail & garden centres
- Must have previous outbound sales experience
- Must have strong sales and account management experience
- Must have excellent communication & telephone skills
- Must have good IT and administration skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems
This role will initially be more new business to begin with, but then looking at growing and developing the accounts. Responsibilities and tasks include:
- Outbound B2B sales and account management calls
- Prospecting for new accounts
- Working to set sales targets
- Chasing Leads
- Quoting customers
- Inputting customer orders onto the computer and system accurately
- Liaising with customers via the telephone and email
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 Per Annum, Plus Uncapped OTE
- Monday - Friday
- 8.30am - 5pm
- Permanent/Full time position
- Holiday = 25 days + bank holidays
