Internal Account Manager

£18,000 - £20,000 Per Annum with an uncapped OTE of extra £6,000 - £8,000

Hours: Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5pm

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful growing manufacturing company based in Dudley. This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the phone on a daily basis speaking with customers, working in a busy growing sales office. There is also the opportunity to benefit from a generous salary package and an uncapped commission structure.

Our client is a family run and owned company who are the UK’s leading manufacturer and distributor of Architectural Ironmongery, Threaded Bar and hardware to the trade.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must have experience in selling into retail & garden centres
  • Must have previous outbound sales experience
  • Must have strong sales and account management experience
  • Must have excellent communication & telephone skills
  • Must have good IT and administration skills

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of CRM systems

This role will initially be more new business to begin with, but then looking at growing and developing the accounts. Responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Outbound B2B sales and account management calls
  • Prospecting for new accounts
  • Working to set sales targets
  • Chasing Leads
  • Quoting customers
  • Inputting customer orders onto the computer and system accurately
  • Liaising with customers via the telephone and email

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 Per Annum, Plus Uncapped OTE

Days/Hours:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8.30am - 5pm
  • Permanent/Full time position
  • Pension
  • Holiday = 25 days + bank holidays
