Our Client, an established and well known new homes builder, is looking to recruit two experienced New Homes Sales Consultants to join their Development based in Alton,Hampshire.

Five days a week to include weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the presentation of the sales areas to the highest standard
  • Research the market to sell above competitors
  • To manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities
  • Generating sales leads
  • Using the telephone as an effective sales tool
  • Progressing reservations to completion stage
  • Assisting customers with choices and upgrades
  • Ensuring a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal process
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • To work as a participative member of the sales team
  • Effectively manage all sales administration in order to ensure that correct reporting is provided
  • Manage and resolve any customer complaints
  • Actively focus on self-development and the improvement of sales and sales management skills

Successful applicants will have experience of selling new homes either directly for a developer or via an Estate Agents.
