New Homes Sales Consultant - Alton
Our Client, an established and well known new homes builder, is looking to recruit two experienced New Homes Sales Consultants to join their Development based in Alton,Hampshire.
Five days a week to include weekends.
- Maintain the presentation of the sales areas to the highest standard
- Research the market to sell above competitors
- To manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities
- Generating sales leads
- Using the telephone as an effective sales tool
- Progressing reservations to completion stage
- Assisting customers with choices and upgrades
- Ensuring a smooth journey for the customer and the company during the legal process
- Deliver excellent customer service
- To work as a participative member of the sales team
- Effectively manage all sales administration in order to ensure that correct reporting is provided
- Manage and resolve any customer complaints
- Actively focus on self-development and the improvement of sales and sales management skills
Successful applicants will have experience of selling new homes either directly for a developer or via an Estate Agents.
