Developer - Residential - £2m - £60m - Quantity Surveyor
This conscientious residential developer is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help deliver a variety of Residential developments across the Northern Home Counties. Projects are frequently completed in a number of phases, often consisting of approximately 200 units per phase and will include associated works include sewer systems, landscaping, infrastructure and enabling.
This developer has been established for over 50 years and in this time, have made great strides towards building more of their properties in a sustainable way and have won numerous awards recognising this in the process.
Role: Quantity Surveyor
Duties: Quantity Surveyor will report to Managing Surveyor. Duties will include - cost management, cost reporting, subcontract procurement, value engineering, final accounts, and tenders.
Requirements: The Quantity Surveyor will have experience in the New Build Residential market and will be able to run a project autonomously with the help of Assistant Quantity Surveyors. Experience dealing with Housing Associations would be beneficial.
