£52K Salary plus £8000 bonus, Home Manager required in Bristol, working in a care home with nursing that has a good CQC report.

Job Setting
My client requires a dedicated Home Manager to manage a medium nursing home in Bristol with a good CQC report and reputation. The service offers physical disability treatment to the elderly. You will have a proven track record of maintaining excellent compliance and the training and management of staff.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home and management of all staff. The successful Manager will have excellent clinical leadership skills.

Essential Requirements
- Hold a nursing qualification
