We are now looking for a tech-savvy Project Coordinator to join a team of creative and dynamic workers.

If you thrive in a fast-paced working environment, have experience in supporting the delivery of web development projects, and are interested in collaborating with some of the biggest brands in the world (Vodafone, Pearson, HMRC), then this could be the role for you.

Role requirements:

  • Reporting to/working closely with the Project Manager

  • Ensure day-to-day support across all project administration and efficient running of the web development team

  • Develop internal and client facing project timelines, milestones, budget reports, technical requirements, and user documentation for projects

  • Meet and work with clients to plan, schedule and ensure delivery of digital services

  • Set up, organise and supervise regular project meetings

  • Contribute to and maintain team planning documents

  • Coordinate and manage the team’s workflow

  • Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/live)

  • Ensure that all financial information relating to projects is prepared according to defined timeframes and to a high level of accuracy

Key skills:

  • Proven ability to work within and lead a high-performing team

  • Excellent organisational, planning and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to liaise at all levels

  • Excellent problem solving skills, self-motivation and self-discipline

  • Working knowledge of finance policies/procedures and understanding of budget control

  • Digital agency experience (ideal but not essential)

  • Digital native with excellent technical ability

  • A strong work ethic and the determination to exceed customer/client expectations

  • Highly organised with exceptional administration skills and keen attention to detail

  • The ability to work at pace on multiple concurrent projects, managing workload to deadlines

  • The ability to process information effectively and use facts to make sound decisions to improve project progress

  • The ability to drive personal and departmental performance to ensure results are achieved and exceeded

  • A genuine passion for digital, people and communication

Educational requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
