An award-winning and rapidly expanding property management company, with a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service to its clients, is seeking a highly-motivated Customer Liaison Manager to work be part of the on-site team responsible for the overall customer experience.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to oversee the lettings, marketing, and customer-experience functions at a brand-new luxury apartment development, based within Manchester’s sophisticated Spinningfields district!

Within this unique and diverse role, you will primarily be responsible for the advertising and leasing of approximately 250 luxury apartments, along with marketing and promotional activities, arranging tenancy terms and contracts, managing a small team of customer-service professionals, and, most importantly working as part of a team that exceeds customer expectations and delivers outstanding customer-service every day.

This role has the potential to grow to the dizzy heights of success! This, together with my client’s impressive growth plans, means that exceptional performers will have limitless opportunities for development and promotion.

So, as you can imagine, we are looking for a real superstar to lead and develop the team. You will be a highly customer-service driven manager, who preferably has experience in lettings and more importantly hospitality.

Additionally, you will be able to promote the development and arrange marketing events, update social media platforms, manage the collection of rental arrears, arrange renewals, check-ins and inspections, as well as working alongside the property management team to ensure that snagging and maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly.

You must be a highly professional, customer-focussed candidate, who thrives on customer satisfaction, as well as working in a KPI-led environment. Essentially, someone who is keen to make an impact within the development from day one.

Shifts will rotate between 7.30am - 7.30pm (8.5 hours per day), Monday - Friday.
