Marketing and Operations Manager
The London Steakhouse Company comprises of two high quality steakhouses in London with a small Head Office based in Windsor.
Working in close partnership with the owners of the company, we are looking for a Marketing and Operations Manager to manage and organise the day to day running of the business.
Areas of ownership will include;
Managing third party partnerships to offer dining experiences.
Managing marketing and promotions to a customer database of over 100,000 people.
Implementing menu changes, new offerings and products.
Running HR and payroll, dealing with staffing, recruitment, rota's and payroll.
Overseeing Health and Safety matters - audits,training and restaurant compliance.
This is an exciting and interesting role, working at the heart of a successful business. Restaurant experience is desirable but not essential. An ability to manage a multi faceted role and an eye to detail to deliver flawless implementation is essential. The role is based at our small Head Office just outside Windsor with travel to the restaurants in London involved.
