Events Sales Coordinator. Brighton
Toby Reece is recruiting for a career-minded sales person with a passion for client care and events organisation with all manner of events from luxury Corporate Cruises to Party Cruises, to join their small team situated in central Brighton
This is a full time permanent contract.
Salary: £18,000 / £19,000 per annum.
In this role, you will assist the Sales Manager with all aspects of selling the company’s Leisure and Events range of services and events, your main duties and activities include:
- Respond to phone and website enquiries and work with the prospective clients to put together a bespoke package quotation that meets all requirements including hospitality/catering arrangements.
- Arrange viewings for prospective clients
- Assist in the operational development of the sales including liaison with suppliers and events crew
- To support the marketing process both in monitoring the source of enquiries but also in the conversion of sales.
The company are a niche business in marine event management.
