Due to ongoing success within the business, we are now seeking an ambitious Divisional Manager to head up our newly formed Doctors Division, developing and leading a team specialising in both temporary and permanent recruitment within the NHS and private sector.

The position of Divisional Manager is role is a pivotal hire within the business and will see the successful appointee take full ownership of the Doctors division with a remit to grow this area very quickly.

Initially this role will require a very "hands on" approach and the ability to lead the team by example- however as the division grow it is the expectation that this role will move into a non-billing position.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Remit to take ownership and build a substantial Doctors Division within the TFS Healthcare brand.
  • Proactively grow and manage portfolio of NHS and private clients.
  • Work with the Directors and contribute to strategy of growth in line with company objectives.
  • Responsibility to hire and effectively lead, develop and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers within the division to achieve company goals.
  • Full accountability for P&L and budget for the Doctors division.
  • Ability to forge long standing relationships at senior level.
  • Recruiter with the ability to contribute to the revenue of the division in a billing capacity.
  • Responsibility to grow brand awareness with the full support of our marketing team.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

The role will see you work closely with the Directors and involve the overall responsibility for the daily operation of the Doctors Division. You will manage the existing team and look at growth and development of market share. You will have a portfolio of clients to manage, however your role will mainly focus on the development of the team delivering recruitment solutions to clients as well as business growth.

We are seeking a confident and capable Divisional Manager who can operate autonomously- you will receive your own budget to allocate to the running of the business.

It is essential that you have strong experience of working within the Doctors Recruitment sector at a senior level along with a track record of as is experience of managing a team/ division.
