A leading digital publisher who specialises in the property industry. It has several successful online periodicals and associated products.
To sell online recruitment advertising space across the property portal, with an emphasis on onlinesubscriptions,via the telephone and in face to face presentations and events.
To sell recruitment advertising space and any associated products, predominantly over the telephone but also in face to face presentations to clients within the direct employer category or recruitment agencies.
To manage and develop your designated client base through cold calling, lead calls, service and response calls and ensure all clients are given the best possible standards of service and customer care.
Responsibility for an agreed group revenue target.
To attend conference and exhibitions as necessary and sell associated spin-offs.
To ensure account queries and credit requests are dealt with within one week of receipt.
To ensure all client databases or record files are kept up to date and accurate. To ensure all data of client contact is recorded and inputted on to the SB client database.
To ensure that all booking paperwork is completed in full and accurately.
To liase with clients and the production department and ensure that all production deadlines are met.
To assist with the issue of invoices and in the recovery of outstanding debts. To assist in the production of market share figures.
To participate in administrative duties arising from the above, and assist in promotional activities and mail-outs.
To undertake any other relevant duties as specified.
Proven sales experience in online recruitment preferably using Madgex Projecting a self-motivated, resilient, energetic and pro-active demeanour Ability to solve problems at operational level whilst seeking support on larger issues
Willingness and ability to adapt positively to changes in the work environment and assume new responsibilities
Ability to problem solve and deal with difficult customers Possessing a mature, positive and professional attitude
Good attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and proof checking
Strong and thorough admin skills
Willingness to work as part of a team and to offer support where required
