We are currently working with a International Law Firm located in City of London. We are urgently looking for a Desk-side / Desktop Support Analyst with strong interpersonal skills


Deskside Support Analyst


Salary: up to £32,000pa
Location: City of London

We are on the hunt for a Deskside support analyst to join a firm based in Central London. Providing support to 650+ UK user base, To provide insightful and friendly hands on support to users currently using Office 2010 on a Windows 8 environment.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· First point of contact for all support of hardware and software problems, via telephone, walk-in and email, scheduled appointments booked with the Tech Bar

· Telephony support - Setting up and providing training on mobile devices & Laptops

· Logging of incidents, service requests

· Monitoring open calls, ensuring resolutions and updates are carried out

· Maintenance of information in Service Desk ITSM system

· Administration of MS Exchange and Active Directory

· Preparation of documentation and gathering of information to knowledge share with team

Beneficial / not necessary working knowledge of:
