SQL Data Analyst

I am urgently seeking an experienced SQL Data Analyst to join this thriving and rapidly expanding customer analytics consultancy. With offices across the UK, and work with some of the world's most recognizable brands, on an international basis, this is a great chance to partner with some of the most sophisticated and interested data environments.

You will be working amongst an entire business of Analysts ranging in seniority and skill set. They have analysts with broad backgrounds ranging across digital, media, customer insight and marketing analytics, geographical planning and financial so you will always be learning new things from your peers about different types of data.

Your role will be focused on writing well structured, and re-usable modular SQL code, working closely with the analyst to develop customer data solutions, by taking data briefs from client stakeholders and translating these into requirements for the analysts to follow. In particular working with client IT stakeholders to develop long term, permanent solutions that meet the ongoing needs of the data users. Therefore, an understanding of marketing analytics or CRM would be viewed favorably for this role.

Your core skill set needs to be data manipulation, but not necessarily analytics, however, you would need to understand the importance of analysis.

They value their staff development and job satisfaction very highly, and take the time with every new employee at the beginning of their tenure to create a Personal Development Plan, which is written by you and as long as is reasonable and beneficial, is implemented immediately.

If you are eager to learn from others, gain exposure to a big data environment and customer data then this agency would be right for you.
