Telephone Sales Consultant
- Be responsible for your own lead generation
- Develop new business relationships with potential clients by offering the companys range of financial products
- Achieve productivity KPI’s set out by the Company
- Create and be accountable for all client quotes and proposals
- Achieving targets across a range of traditional call centre / sales KPIs
- Positively influencing customer decision making by fact finding against their needs and recommending a matching solution
- Managing a pipeline of accounts - moving each customer through various stages in the sales cycle
- Ensure all post sales activity runs smoothly encouraging great customer care and repeat business
Working 9 - 5pm Monday - Thursday with a 4.30pm early finish on Friday's
- You will have a minimum of 2 years B2B experience
- Selling products or services over the phone to businesses
- A proven track record of achieving KPI's and targets
- Working in a call centre or busy office environment
- Proven ability to build rapport
- Have a consultative sales approach
- Proven ability to fact find and sell the relevant benefits
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to account management
