Working for an established Asset Management Organisation who are launching a brand new location here in the heart of Manchester City Centre.

Telephone Sales Consultant

  • Be responsible for your own lead generation
  • Develop new business relationships with potential clients by offering the companys range of financial products
  • Achieve productivity KPI’s set out by the Company
  • Create and be accountable for all client quotes and proposals
  • Achieving targets across a range of traditional call centre / sales KPIs
  • Positively influencing customer decision making by fact finding against their needs and recommending a matching solution
  • Managing a pipeline of accounts - moving each customer through various stages in the sales cycle
  • Ensure all post sales activity runs smoothly encouraging great customer care and repeat business

Working 9 - 5pm Monday - Thursday with a 4.30pm early finish on Friday's

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years B2B experience
  • Selling products or services over the phone to businesses
  • A proven track record of achieving KPI's and targets
  • Working in a call centre or busy office environment
  • Proven ability to build rapport
  • Have a consultative sales approach
  • Proven ability to fact find and sell the relevant benefits
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to account management
