SF Group are currently looking for a Lead Generator/Sales Executive for our client based in Birmingham. In the early days, our client identified a gap in the market by offering small-to-medium sized enterprises the same level of technical expertise and product support that had traditionally only been provided for larger firms and corporate clients. They are now looking to add to their team.

This permanent position is in place to provide support to an ever growing business.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Working for the Head of Marketing you will contribute towards marketing plans supporting the telemarketing strategy for the business
  • Develop sound knowledge of customer's needs and the Company's products/services
  • Foster and maintain customer relationships by proactively calling existing and prospective customers as well as e-mailing where appropriate
  • Influence new customers to explore Company services and products
  • Engage with existing customers to cross and up-sell additional products and services
  • Regularly update the company ACT! System with customer contact details and details of all communications
  • To work effectively with the sales and support teams and achieve company objectives
  • To plan work load to optimise effective customer contact

Key skills will include:
