Business Development Manager/Financial Advisor - Wealth Manager - Pensions - 50% Commission

A leading Wealth Management organisation in the City are looking for a driven and tenacious individual to help to both develop the business and provide financial advice. The ideal candidate will be studying or already attained certification in Level 4 Financial Advice/Investment Management from any recognised governing body and have the honed communication skills to be able to liaise closely with senior members of various businesses. Furthermore, an inherently thick skin and relentless motivation to succeed are likely to be core attributes of the successful applicant.

This is a really exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working closely with people and is willing to reap the rewards from overcoming the challenges presented with usual educational prerequisites for Financial Services. No degree is required, just exceptional drive and personable demeanour.

The Role

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision makers.
  • Develop and execute clearly defined strategies to highlight the dynamic services of the organisation.
  • Developing fiscal measures.
  • Coordinate business development initiatives and build a pipeline.
  • Create sales presentations and lead meetings with prospective clients.
  • Provide feedback and suggest product improvements based on client interaction and competitor analysis.
  • Conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision and future aims.
  • Researching information from various sources, including providers of financial products
  • Analysing information and preparing holistic plans best suited to individual clients' requirements.
  • Meeting all regulatory aspects of the role.
