About the role
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom-based training for Capita Talent Partnerships' Traineeship programme to prepare learners for the subsequent work experience placement.
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to effectively engage learners with an in-depth, differentiated and tailored training experience, providing comprehensive support along the way.

We work closely with schools and colleges, working with emerging talent to provide entry routes into apprenticeships and bespoke entry programmes, including graduate schemes.
What you will do:
Deliver classroom-based training for Capita's Traineeship programme to prepare learners for the subsequent work experience placement
Provide comprehensive support from enrolment to initial assessment and the delivery of an individualised programme of learning to develop all aspects of an individuals' employability journey
Using a range of assessment tools to set specific and robust plans for learners to support their development and underpin progress reviews throughout the programme
Skilled tutoring of Maths and English in group setting to learners of varying ability
To provide detailed and focused feedback supporting learners to progress towards their individual goals
To complete daily marking and assessment of work towards qualifications listed on the Qualification Credit Framework
Your experience will include:
- Either hold or working towards a recognised teaching/training qualification i.e. PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, Level 3 Education and Training Award, Certificate of Education
- Functional Skills in Maths and English at a minimum of Level 2
- Full, clean UK driving license
- A1 or TAQA Level 3 Award desirable, but not essential
- Maths or English subject specialism desirable, but not essential
