IBA Credit Controller
A prestigious and market leading insurance company based in the heart of the City have an exciting job opportunity for an experienced IBA / Credit Controller to join their established IBA team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for a busy ledger and must be able to prioritize their workload with minimal supervision. Core duties will include:
Chasing payments- via email and telephone
Posting and allocating cash
Monitoring unallocated cash
Conduct a monthly ledger review/ prepare aged debt report
Investigate and escalate problematic accounts
Communicate effectively with contacts and resolve queries
Adhere to company policies, procedures and FCA regulations
