Our client based just outside of Huntingdon is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join there team. Managing the team and assisting the Head Chef you will create excellent dishes and give a fine dining experience to customers both at lunch & evening service.
As Sous Chef your duties will include:
Running the kitchen when the head chef is away
Ensuring your brigade has high culinary standards
Managing food purchasing and storage
Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
Helping create new recipes and write menus
Transport is essential due to location and you must have a strong background in either a hotel or restaurant to be considered.
