These positions have arisen with a leading insurance brokerage that specialises in providing commercial and personal lines products and services.
The firm has a proud history of providing insurance services to a wide variety of clients across the Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire areas, and as such, is one of the brokers of choice for a number of clients in this region.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role within the Personal Lines Broking Team. You will be dealing with inbound customer calls and handling new business enquiries, as well as providing effective administrative support. Duties will include issuing policy documentation, gathering claims information and registering claims, as well as dealing with mid-term adjustments, renewals and general administration.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have previous experience of working within the insurance industry. However, this is not essential as this company will also consider those with a small amount of work experience in a sales/customer service role, or a graduate or college leaver. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is also required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in the insurance industry with a well-respected broker. Alternatively, this could suit someone with a number of years’ experience, who is perhaps looking to move away from a purely sales-based broking role.
You will receive a starting salary ranging from £15K - £19K (dependent on experience). Graduates/ college leavers can expect £15-16K. This position involves standard office hours, Monday to Friday8.45am to 5.15pm and Saturdays 8.45am to 12.15pm.
