We are recruiting Sales Customer Advisors to join our teams across our leisure facilities in Epping, Loughton, Ongar and Waltham Abbey. These sites have excellent facilities including a leisure pools, gyms, group exercise studios and cafés.

What your role will be

As Sales Customer Advisors you will drive forward membership and leisure sales.  You will be responsible for dealing with all membership enquiries from prospective and current members. All memberships must be completed in line with systems and documented within the Places for People membership administration manual. You will be targeted on your personal sales performance and will ensure high levels of customer service are adopted at all times.

We are looking for part time and full time positions – please indicate on your application which location you prefer.

Your background

With a commitment to future growth you will have experience working within a sales and target driven environment. Experience with membership sales would be highly beneficial.  You will be a motivated, enthusiastic and passionate individual. Commitment to our common goal ‘To create active places and healthy people’ is essential. Customer service is at the heart of this role and you will build relationships and rapport with potential customers to gain insight and leads.
