Associate Project Manager
If you are a senior project manager (MAPM, MRICS or MCIOB) and looking for a step up the career ladder, this role is for you.
You will become a key part of my client’s building consultancy division in London, which currently offers project management and building surveying services to commercial property occupiers, owners, and developers.
To be successful, you will have a minimum of four years’ PQE. Also, you will ideally have some experience of project monitoring on behalf of banks or funds. If you have Prince 2 training, this would be even more beneficial.
- To lead a number of fit-out and refurbishment projects already secured, reporting to the Project Management Partner, but assuming day to day responsibility for delivery
- To contribute to business development through the establishment of key relationships with other parts of the business (the particular area or sector of focus will depend upon the successful candidate's background and experience, but is likely to include central London fit-out and refurbishment projects (£0.5m-£5m)
- To bring a structured, professional, and pragmatic approach that will help to reposition my client within the marketplace
