Marketing Manager - Huge Leisure Facility

Barnet, London

£25,000 - £30,000

This is an amazing opportunity for a Marketing Executive to step up into a Marketing Manager role with a fast-growing leisure phenomenon.

The idea for this leisure provider remains simple: Bring people together, get active, get fit and have a ton of fun while doing so. Whether you’re flying across the main court, diving into a giant foam pit, playing an intense game of dodgeball, pushing personal bests in one of many fitness classes or competing with friends on the court - this leisure provider can be enjoyed by all ages.

This brand now operate leisure facilities in various locations with more parks planned for the future, however you will only be responsible for the Barnet site.

The Barnet site are now looking for a Marketing Manager, or an experienced Marketing Executive looking for a step up, in order to ensure the facility is renowned in the industry as a leading brand/site. This will be done via:

- Marketing Plans

- Brand Development

- Social Media

- Digital / Online

- Running the Marketing & PR function

- Design - Work with agencies to ensure that all creative materials are "on-brand".

The successful person will have/be:

- Forthcoming with loads of new, exciting and unique ideas - don’t be afraid to challenge the brief

- Clarity - in the way they communicate and express ideas

- Engaging and passionate

- Better together - working effectively as a team focusing on team led solutions

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Have completed a Degree

- At least 1-2 years’ experience in marketing within an agency or client-side/brand

- This is a pro-active and entrepreneurial role. We are seeking a genuine self-starter who can bring in their own ideas and have the confidence to implement them

- The ability to manage own time and work to agreed deadlines

- An awareness of new developments in terms of new business tools and techniques

- Experience in an integrated marketing role with exposure to both online and offline channels

- A track record of successful experiential and CRM marketing would be an advantage
