Training Manager - Retail Restaurants


£25 - £30k depending on experience

Our client is looking for an expreinced training Manager for 2 busy sites in London.

They are looking for talented, enthusiastic and experienced Training professionals. The successful candidate will train and up skill individuals in the business to ensure high standards are being achieved and service results are improved.

Main Responsibilities

  • The Training Manager will be responsible for the support and planning and execution of service training, people development and other potential key events.
  • Provide the tools and expertise to site to ensure all the workforce are trained to our guest service standards.
  • Ensure the guest service is delivered as per the site expectations and provide 'on the job' training at key times
  • Lead the continuous improvement guest experience management programme
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development Manager
  • Manage training course administration
  • Provide full inductions for all staff
  • Co-ordinating, delivering and facilitating training
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of the training

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2 years experience in an operational role
  • Ideally have a professional training qualification
  • Experience in training and developing very large teams
  • Excellent administration management skills
  • Able to use excel and word
  • Excellent People skills and a good communicator
  • Positive and passionate approach to training
  • Able to motivate others
  • Excellent organisational skills and problem solving
  • A 'can Do’ attitude
  • Team player
  • High level of influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working with and managing stakeholders at all levels
