A well respected Manchester City Centre based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate/Commercial Property Legal PA/Document Processor to work within their real estate team. You will be providing an outstanding document processing service to the fee earners. Previous real estate/commercial property experience at legal secretarial level is essential.

The real estate team specialises in landlord and tenant, investments development, finance, text planning & the environment, dispute resolution and construction.

Duties include:

- Accurately producing documents, attendance notes and emails in accordance with instructions
- Amending marked up documents and proof reading all typed communications to ensure they are appropriately presented and that spelling and grammar have been checked
- Ensuring that work is completed according to deadlines and the demands of the business are met
- Being aware of the layout of documents, forms and letters and ensuring these conform to the in-house style
- Photocopying, scanning, collating and presenting documents to the required standard
- As appropriate, ensuring that the filing is kept up to date and accessible to fee earners at all times in accordance with client service standards
- Completing other administration duties as and when required in line with business needs
- Answering the telephone promptly in accordance with CSS and ensuring that clients’ queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently by transferring to the relevant fee earner or by taking messages and transmitting them to the appropriate person
- Taking responsibility for alerting the appropriate person regarding any feedback received from a client
- Considering situations and using the appropriate form of communication, for example emails, letters, telephone calls or face to face conversations
- Investigating problems to produce a satisfactory solution for the client
- Making recommendations for continuous improvement of client experiences and processes
