Regional Sales Manager
CSG have been tasked with finding a key hire for one of the largest independent manufacturer & supplier of Processed and Toughened Glass in the UK. Through a decent spell of growth with revenue and innovation at the forefront of their success, this business are looking to secure the services of a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Southern portion of the nation.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall growth of the sales function across the Midlands and Southern Area of the UK, with a view to growing the team again towards the end of 2017.
The businesses turnover reached £14m during 2016 with a plan on increasing that figure to £16m within 18-24 months of this new hire arriving.
Reporting to the Senior Director, this individual will act as a trusted advisor to the business, and will be targeted with; revenue targets, brand awareness increase, market trend presentations and the highest level of customer service and Aftermarket.
This candidate will be chosen based on their; route to market, previous track record of sales & ability to influence.
