The role of the Sales Supervisor is to support the Sales Manager in running each of the sales teams within OBK.
The Supervisor should act as a role model, mentor and motivator to all other members of the sales department; conducting morning sales meetings to review targets, discuss sales techniques and inspire the teams to achieve target. The Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the sales figures daily, weekly and monthly and ensuring that any performance, training or conduct issues are escalated to the Sales Manager when appropriate.
In addition to supervising the sales teams, this individual will also be required to meet their own personal sales targets. Using warm leads passed over from the Business Development team, the role involves making contact with individuals on the Construction Industry Scheme to make sure they are tax compliant and understand what they can and can't claim back from HMRC in the form of a rebate - ultimately securing a sale by offering the services of our Tax department.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a fast paced sales environment. A driven and enthusiastic approach to work, along with a focus on targets and service excellence is paramount. Any experience of supervising and motivating teams of sales executives would be advantageous.
In addition to a basic salary, this role includes an uncapped commission scheme.
Our offices are currently based in a rural setting in Elstead, Surrey, however in September 2017 we will be relocating to Farnham, Surrey.
