1st/2nd Line Support/Technical Support/VIP Support/Windows Support

1st/2nd Line Technical Support for based in London. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and basic Hardware knowledge such as setting-up desktops, Office 365 and Mobile phone set-up to include iPhone and Blackberry. You will have a natural ability in IT and if you don't know something you will have the ability to search for it on the Internet and find the solution.

You will be responsible for BAU (Business As Usual). This is an excellent opportunity for a person with IT Support skills to join a growing IT support unit within the company.

Key tasks will include:

  • Provide first and second line support of all staff through the ticketing system
  • Manage stock of IT hardware
  • Setting up computers for new staff
  • Setting up company phones and mobiles
  • Managing the company website
  • Management of Office 365 and Exchange Systems
  • Other IT duties as role develops
  • Administrative duties as when required

Reports to - UML Head of Business Support

Salary: £25000-£30000
