As a sales account manager you will be working in their office in South Manchester.

You will be working as a team and you’ll be responsible for forming, nurturing and managing relationships with the companies partners, working closely with them to ensure that monthly sales targets are met, driving sales from existing partners and converting new leads into connections.

You will be expected to make daily contact with your Partners to maximise all sales opportunities as well as proactively prospecting for new relationships. You will act as the key point of contact for your partners on all sales related matters and will need to be self-motivated, a high energy individual and sales driven.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

New Business

  • Constantly identify and develop new business opportunities - relationships and quotes
  • Maintain and contact via telephone and marketing activity hot prospects including self-generated relationships
  • 75% of working time to be account volume development/new business activity.

Profit / Quality

  • Gross Profit target achievement
  • Compliance with acceptable quality (bad debt, renewals, fraud & DD success etc) levels within the business

Develop / Maintain Business

  • Drive maximum conversion of quote to sale achievement
  • Responsible for Partner satisfaction
  • Develop and increase the revenue and profitability of existing accounts
  • Increase multi product penetration across Partner base
  • Liaise with internal departments to achieve maximum opportunity conversion

Activity

  • Minimum 30 proactive sales conversations with 30 different partners/contacts per day
  • Timely response to partner queries or requests for information
  • Constantly capture and communicate to team / management competitor data
  • To develop and own any required relationships between partners and internal resources (i.e. Marketing, Underwriting, Deals etc)
  • Ensure that administration and associated tasks are carried out in order to achieve the company objectives

The Candidate

  • B2B Telecoms experience
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written. Clear and concise when communicating with both colleagues and partners
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships
  • Proactive individual with a professional outlook with good business acumen
  • Results-orientated with the ability to balance other business considerations
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Exceptional proven sales/closing/listening skills
  • Experienced in new business generation so as to achieve a personal target
  • Work efficiently and effectively, both in a team and as an individual

The Package

  • Salary up to £24,000 OTE £30,000
  • 9-6 Monday - Thursday 5pm Finish Friday
